The basic equipment of the pipe-in-pipe process
Using an injection pump, we spray the inside of the line with a corrosion-resistant polyurethane synthetic resin. For this we use a flexible hose system that is up to 12 meters long and can be pulled through several 90-degree bends. The rotating nozzle or the brush attachment at the end of the hose applies the synthetic resin evenly to the inside. Thanks to the short drying time and the rapid hardening, this work step is carried out several times in order to obtain the necessary density.
Spraying process
The material is ejected evenly and in a controlled manner onto the inner surface of the pipe by the rotating nozzle. This process is repeated several times until a thickness of approx. 3.5mm is achieved.
This method is particularly suitable for straight, longer pipes without bends and inlets.
Brush method
Thanks to the high number of revolutions of the brush attachment, the material is applied evenly and in a controlled manner to the inner surface of the pipe. This process is repeated several times until a thickness of approx. 3.5mm is achieved.
This method is particularly suitable for pipes with bends and inlets.
Inspection camera
To monitor and evaluate the renovation work, we record all work with a camera. The results are important for quality assurance, project documentation and the continuous development of our technology.
